| 摘要:目前在肛肠疾病患者的临床护理中，聚焦解决模式作为一种新型临床心理干预模式正被推广使用，与常规心理护理比较，其实际临床效果仍有待进一步验证。本文回顾分析了既往有关聚焦解决模式应用于各类肛肠疾病患者的研究发现，与常规心理护理比较，该法可以很好地缓解各类肛肠疾病患者的负性情绪与术后的疼痛程度进而促进患者的预后。 |
| Abstract:The focused solution approach is being promoted as a new clinical psychological intervention model in the clinical care of patients with anorectal diseases. Compared with conventional psychological care, its actual clinical effects still need to be further verified. This paper reviews and analyzes previous research on the application of the focused solution approach to patients with various types of anorectal diseases and finds that, compared with conventional psychological care, this method can better alleviate the negative emotions of patients with and the degree of postoperative pain, thereby promoting the prognosis of the patients. |
