摘要:骨改建的动态平衡是牙齿正常萌出的基础,调节骨代谢的信号通路可以通过多种细胞因子交互作用,进而精密调节这一复杂的级联过程。自噬是细胞进行自我保护的一种重要机制,近年来研究提示骨改建与细胞自噬间关系密切,但具体作用机制尚不明确。本文从主要骨代谢信号通路与自噬在牙萌出通道形成过程中相互作用的可能机制进行述评,旨在为牙萌出过程中分子调节机制和牙槽骨动态平衡生物学性能的研究提供更全面认识。
Abstract:The dynamic balance of bone remodeling is the basis of normal tooth eruption. The signaling pathway regulating bone metabolism can precisely regulate this complex cascade process through the interaction of various cytokines. Autophagy is an important mechanism of cell self-protection. Recent studies have suggested a close relationship between bone remodeling and autophagy, but the specific mechanism of action is still unclear. This article reviewes the possible mechanisms of the interaction between major bone metabolic signaling pathways and autophagy in the formation of tooth eruption channels, aiming to provide a more comprehensive understanding of the molecular regulatory mechanisms, and biological properties of alveolar bone homeostasis during tooth eruption.
