摘要:目的 运用CiteSpace分析神经纤毛蛋白-1(NRP1)的研究现状、热点和趋势。 方法 检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普网及Web of Science核心合集数据库从建库至2022年9月NRP1的相关文献,利用CiteSpace对年份、作者、机构及关键词进行可视化分析。 结果 共纳入中文文献536篇和英文文献2 444篇,年发文量呈现波动上升趋势。中文文献发文量最多的作者是颜江华和韩正祥,英文作者是Ruhrberg,Christiana。厦门大学和哈佛大学分别是中英文文献发文量最多的机构。胃癌、血管生成、乳腺癌是中文研究热点,表达、受体、内皮生长因子是英文研究热点。 结论 NRP1的研究仍处于发展阶段,研究热点和趋势是机制和临床研究。团队间应加强合作,使研究更为系统。
Abstract:Objective To analyze the current status, hotspots, and trends of neuropilin-1 research using CiteSpace. Methods The relevant literatures on NRP1 in CNKI, Wanfang Data, VIP and Web of Science core collection database were searched from the establishment of the database to September 2022, and keywords were visualized and analyzed by using CiteSpace. Results A total of 536 Chinese and 2 444 English literatures were included, and the annual number of published documents showed a fluctuating upward trend. Yan Jianghua and Han Zhengxiang had published the most papers in Chinese literature, while Ruhrberg and Christiana had published the most papers in English. Xiamen University and Harvard University were the institutions with the largest number of Chinese and English literature publications respectively, gastric cancer, angiogenesis, and breast cancer were hot topics in Chinese, while expression, receptor, and endothelial growth factor were hot topics in English. Conclusion The research of NRP1 is still in the development stage, and the research hotspot and trend are mechanism and clinical research. Cooperation between teams should be strengthened to make research more systematic.
