| 摘要:指屈肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎是最常见的手部疾患之一，目前临床上多以保守治疗、注射及手术为主。保守治疗包括口服或局部应用非甾体抗炎药、局部制动、物理治疗等；注射治疗包括皮质类固醇、局部臭氧、富血小板血浆注射；手术治疗包括内镜技术、经皮松解术、针刀治疗、开放式手术等。近年，干细胞衍生物疗法成为研究热点，或将为该病的治疗提供新方案。本文总结分析了指屈肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎的主要治疗方案进展，并按其病情分度推荐不同疗法，以期为个体化治疗提供一定的参考。 |
| Abstract:Tenosynovitis of finger flexor tendon is one of the most common hand diseases. At present, conservative treatment, injection, and surgery are mainly used in clinical practice. Conservative treatment includes oral or local application of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, local immobilization, physical therapy, etc. Injectable therapy included corticosteroid, topical ozone, and platelet-rich plasma injection. Surgical treatment includes endoscopic technique, percutaneous release, acupotomy, and open surgery. In recent years, stem cell derivative therapy has become a research hotspot, which may provide a new scheme for the treatment of this disease. This article summarizes and analyzes the progress of the main treatment options for tenosynovitis of finger flexor tendon, and recommends different therapies according to the severity of the disease, in order to provide some reference for individualized treatment. |
