| 摘要:目的 探讨基于定向评价的全程管理模式在急性白血病化疗患者中的应用价值。 方法 回顾性分析2020年3月至2023年2月四川大学华西医院收治的96例急性白血病患者临床资料，根据化疗期间管理模式将其分为试验组（采用定向评价的全程管理模式）50例和对照组（采用集束化护理）46例。比较两组化疗期间感染发生率、营养状况、骨髓抑制情况。 结果 试验组感染总发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。干预后，两组血清白蛋白、前白蛋白、转铁蛋白表达均高于干预前，且试验组高于对照组（P＜0.05）。试验组骨髓抑制程度优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 基于定向评价的全程管理模式用于急性白血病患者住院化疗期间能改善机体营养状况，减轻骨髓抑制程度，减少感染事件发生。 |
| Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of whole course management based on directed evaluation in patients with acute leukemia undergoing chemotherapy. Methods The clinical data of 96 patients with acute leukemia admitted to West China Hospital of Sichuan University from March 2020 to February 2023 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the management mode during chemotherapy, the patients were divided into the experimental group (the whole process management mode of directional evaluation was adopted) 50 cases, and the control group (cluster care was used) 46 cases. The incidence of infection, nutritional status, and bone marrow suppression during chemotherapy were compared between the two groups. Results The total infection rate of experimental group was lower than that of control group (P＜0.05). After intervention, the expressions of serum albumin, prealbumin, and transferrin in two groups were higher than those before intervention, and those in experimental group were higher than those in control group (P＜0.05). The degree of bone marrow suppression in experimental group was better than that in control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion The whole-course management model based on directional evaluation can improve the nutritional status of acute leukemia patients, reduce the degree of bone marrow suppression, and reduce the incidence of infection. |
