| 摘要:目的 基于数据挖掘探析中医古籍治疗近视的组方用药规律。 方法 在《中华医典》（第5版）和《中医方剂大辞典》数据库中，以“近视”“不能远视”“能近怯远”“近觑”为检索词。采用Microsoft Office Excel 2019建立标准化方药数据库，运用Origin 2022分析药物的性味归经，运用Python 3.8.10进行关联规则分析、网络分析、k-modes聚类分析。 结果 纳入45首方剂，包含85味中药。方剂功效以补益肝肾和养心益智为主。药物功效以补虚药使用频次最高，药性以温、微寒、寒、平为主，药味以甘、苦、辛为主，归经以肝、肾、脾、肺、心经为主。高频药物共计18味，依次为茯苓、人参、远志等。药物关联规则分析得到8组药物组合。高频药物聚类分析将18味高频药物分为3类。 结论 中医古籍治疗近视以补益肝肾和养心益智为主，用药甘温平和，补而不滞，可为近视治疗提供参考。 |
| Abstract:Objective To explore the prescription and medication rules of ancient Chinese medicine books in the treatment of myopia based on data mining. Methods In the database of Chinese Medical Classic （5th edition）and Great Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions, the terms “myopia”“inability to see far”“fear of distance vision”“near vision” were searched. Microsoft Office Excel 2019 was used to establish a standardized prescription database， Origin 2022 was used to analyze the nature, flavour, and channel tropism, and Python 3.8.10 was used for association rule analysis, network analysis, and k-modes clustering analysis. Results A total of 45 prescriptions were included, including 85 traditional Chinese medicines. The efficacy of the prescription was mainly to nourish the liver and kidney and to nourish the heart and enhance the intelligence. The frequency of drug efficacy was the highest for tonifying deficiency drug. The drug natures were mainly warm, slightly cold, cold, and flat. The drug flavours were mainly sweet, bitter, and pungent. The main channels were mainly liver, kidney, spleen, lung, and heart. There were 18 kinds of high frequency drugs, including Poria, Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma, Polygalae Radix and so on. A total of eight drug combinations were obtained by drug association rule analysis. The 18 kinds, of high-frequency drugs were divided into three categories by clustering analysis of high-frequency drugs. Conclusion Ancient Chinese medical books mainly use nourishing the liver and kidney, nourishing the heart and enhancing the intelligence to treat myopia. The medication use is sweet, gentle and tonic without stagnation, which provides reference for myopia treatment. |
