摘要:皮肤源性瘙痒的发生机制较为复杂且目前尚未完全阐明。P物质是一种由皮肤感觉神经元释放的神经肽,是介导瘙痒的重要物质基础。该物质可以通过P物质/神经激肽1受体系统、P物质/G蛋白偶联受体X2系统激活肥大细胞,从而引发瘙痒。研究表明,降低P物质在血浆及皮肤组织中的表达能够缓解瘙痒症状。本文对P物质与皮肤源性瘙痒之间的关系及其在发病机制中的作用进行论述,以期为今后临床应用及基础研究提供思路。 |
Abstract:The mechanism of skin derived itching is complex and currently not fully elucidated. Substance P, a neuropeptide released by sensory neuron in the skin, is an important material basis for mediate itching. This substance can can be through the substance P/neurokinin-1 receptor system and substance P/mas-related G-protein coupled receptor X2 system activation of mast cells, causing itching. Research has shown that reducing the expression of substance P in plasma and skin tissue can alleviate itching symptoms. This article discusses the relationship between substance P and skin derived itching and its role in the pathogenesis, in order to provide ideas for clinical applications and basic research in the future. |
