| 摘要:目的 探讨儿童结肠镜检查前肠道准备质量不佳的影响因素。 方法 选取安徽省儿童医院2021年5月至2023年4月收治的行结肠镜检查术的患儿400例作为研究对象。根据肠道准备情况分为合格组和不合格组。收集两组患儿的相关临床资料，分析导致儿童结肠镜检查前肠道准备质量不佳的影响因素。 结果 不合格组便秘史占比高于合格组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组肠道准备后等待时间、服用泻药后排便次数、服用泻药后末次大便性状、围肠道准备期运动比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。便秘史（OR=0.214）、肠道准备后等待时间（OR=1.549）、围肠道准备期运动（OR=3.407）是儿童结肠镜检查肠道准备质量不佳的影响因素（P＜0.05）。结论 便秘史、肠道准备后等待时间、围肠道准备期运动是儿童结肠镜检查前肠道准备质量不佳的影响因素，临床可以根据上述因素对患儿进行重点干预。 |
| Abstract:Objective To explore the influencing factors for poor quality of intestinal preparation before colonoscopy in children. Methods A total of 400 children undergoing colonoscopy admitted to Anhui Children’s Hospital from May 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects. They were divided into qualified group and unqualified group according to intestinal preparation. Clinical data of children of two groups were collected, and the factors leading to the poor quality of intestinal preparation before colonoscopy were analyzed. Results The proportion of constipation history in unqualified group was higher than that in qualified group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). There were significant differences in the waiting time after intestinal preparation, the number of bowel movements after taking laxatives, the last stool character after taking laxatives, and the movement during periintestinal preparation period between two groups (P＜0.05). Constipation history (OR=0.214), the waiting time after intestinal preparation (OR=1.549), and the movement during periintestinal preparation (OR=3.407) were the influencing factors for poor quality of intestinal preparation before colonoscopy in children period (P＜0.05). Conclusion Constipation history, the waiting time after intestinal preparation, and movement during periintestinal preparation period are the influencing factors for poor quality of intestinal preparation before colon- oscopy in children. Clinical intervention can be focused on the above factors. |
