| 摘要:目的 基于CiteSpace探析中医“肾藏精”理论的研究历程、热点演变及前沿方向。 方法 检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台及维普网自建库至2023年6月研究主题符合“肾藏精”的文献，运用CiteSpace软件对作者、机构及关键词进行可视化分析。 结果 共纳入文献646篇，年发文量呈整体上升趋势。核心作者46名，发文最多者为郑洪新，初步形成以郑洪新、陈云志、王小琴等为代表的核心团队，主要在辽宁中医药大学、北京中医药大学、上海中医药大学附属龙华医院及天津中医药大学等机构间形成合作网络。纳入关键词1 393个，研究热点可聚为理论探讨、临床诊疗及现代生物学机制3个集群，维生素D及骨髓间充质干细胞为研究前沿。 结论 “肾藏精”领域不断发展，逐步与现代医学接轨。未来需加强跨地域、多学科合作，结合现代前沿技术，不断深化“肾藏精”理论的物质基础及科学内涵研究。 |
| Abstract:Objective To analyze the research development process, research hotspots and frontiers of the theory of kidney storing essence in traditional Chinese medicine based on CiteSpace. Methods From the establishment of the library to June 2023, literatures related to kidney storing essence from CNKI, Wanfang Data, and VIP were retrieved. CiteSpace software were used to visually analyze authors, institutions, and keywords. Results A total of 646 studies were included, the annual publication volume showed an overall upward trend. Among the 46 core authors, Zheng Hongxin published the most papers, the core teams represented by Zheng Hongxin, Chen Yunzhi, Wang Xiaoqin, etc. were initially formed, the cooperation network mainly formed between Liaoning University of Chinese Medicine, Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, Longhua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Chinese Medicine and Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. A total of 1 393 keywords were included, research hotspots could be clustered into three categories: theoretical analysis, clinical treatment, and modern biological mechanism. Vitamin D and bone mesenchymal stem cells were prompted as research frontiers. Conclusion The field of theory continues to develop, gradually integrates with modern medicine to explores its scientific connotation. In the future, it is necessary to strengthen cross-regional and multidisciplinary cooperation, combine modern cutting-edge technology, and continuously deepen the research on the material basis and scientific connotation of the theory. |
