摘要:目的 探讨基于思维导图的风险管理模式在新生儿窒息中的应用效果。 方法 依据随机数字表法将上海交通大学医学院附属新华医院新生儿重症监护室2021年1月至2022年12月收治的96例新生儿窒息患儿分为对照组和观察组,各48例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施基于思维导图的风险管理模式。比较两组抢救时间、复苏成功率及并发症发生情况。 结果 观察组抢救时间短于对照组,5、10 min内复苏成功率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 基于思维导图的风险管理模式可缩短新生儿窒息抢救时间,提高复苏成功率,同时可降低并发症发生率。
Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of risk management model based on mind mapping in neonatal asphyxia. Methods According to random number table method, 96 children with neonatal asphyxia admitted to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of Xinhua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 were divided into control group and observation group, with 48 cases in each group. The control group implemented routine nursing intervention, and the observation group implemented risk management model based on mind mapping on the basic of control group. The rescue time, resuscitation success rate, and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The rescue time of the observation group was shorter than those of the control group, and the success rate of resuscitation within five and ten minutes were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The risk management model based on mind mapping can shorten the rescue time of neonatal asphyxia, improve the success rate of resuscitation, and reduce the incidence of complications.
