摘要:胶质瘤是神经系统最常见的恶性肿瘤,目前的治疗效果并不理想,需要寻找新的治疗方式。铁死亡与胶质瘤的发生及发展、治疗和耐药密切相关,部分中药单体可以诱导胶质瘤细胞发生铁死亡,为胶质瘤的治疗提供了新的思路。本文阐述了铁代谢、脂代谢、xCT-GPX4通路等在胶质瘤细胞发生铁死亡的过程中具体的作用机制和相关研究进展,归纳总结了9种目前研究证明可诱导胶质瘤细胞发生铁死亡的中药单体及其发挥作用的具体机制。期望为中医药治疗胶质瘤提供参考和理论依据。 |
Abstract:Glioma is the most common malignant tumor of the nervous system. The current therapeutic effect is not satisfactory, and it is urgent to find new therapeutic methods. Ferroptosis is closely related to the occurrence and development, treatment and drug resistance of glioma. Some traditional Chinese medicine monomers can induce ferroptosis in glioma cells, provide new ideas for the treatment of glioma. This article elaborates on the specific mechanisms and related research progress of iron metabolism, lipid metabolism, xCT-GPX4 pathway, etc. in the process of ferroptosis in glioma cells. It summarizes nine traditional Chinese medicine monomers that have been proven to induce ferroptosis in glioma cells and their specific mechanisms of action. It aims to provide reference and theoretical basis for the treatment of glioma with traditional Chinese medicine. |
