| 摘要:目的 分析构建护理质量敏感指标体系在互联网居家护理中的应用研究。 方法 选取2023年1月至6月浙江省温州市中心医院从事互联网居家护理人员作为研究对象，其中平台签约护士为173名。并以护理质量敏感指标体系的应用时间分为应用前（2023年1月至3月）、应用后（2023年4月至6月）。成立研究小组，进行文献检索及质量评定，提取资料，整理编制专家函询表，遴选函询专家。分析体系应用前后护理质量评分、专业素质评分、职业认同感评分，并通过3轮专家函询及层次分析法，最终确立在互联网居家护理中构建护理质量敏感指标体系。 结果 应用护理质量敏感指标后，护理文书、教学管理、质量管理、隔离管理、操作考核、理论考核、职业态度、职业价值、职业目标、职业价值观评分高于应用前（P＜0.05）。经过三轮函询问卷，第一轮回收率为100.00%（32/32），第二轮回收率为90.63%（29/32），第三轮回收率为96.86%（31/32）。第一轮共有32名专家提出76条修改意见，第二轮共有29名专家提出27条修改意见，第三轮共有31名专家提出13条修改意见。第一、二、三轮函询肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.192、0.214、0.223（P＜0.05）。 结论 构建护理质量敏感指标体系在互联网居家护理中提升护理人员职业价值、职业目标、职业价值观等方面均发挥了重要作用。 |
| Abstract:Objective To explore the study on the application of constructing a sensitive indicator system for nursing quality in internet home nursing. Methods From January to June 2023, internet home nursing staff in Wenzhou Central Hospital, Zhejiang Province were selected as the research objects, among which 173 nurses were contracted by the platform. According to the application time of the nursing quality sensitive index system, it can be divided into pre-application (January to March 2023) and post-application (April to June 2023). Research groups were set up, conduct literature search and quality assessment, extract data, sort out and compile expert correspondence forms, and select experts for correspondence. Analysis system before and after the application of nursing quality score, professional quality score, professional identity score, and through three rounds of expert letter consultation and analytic hierarchy process were analyzed, finally the construction of nursing quality sensitive index system in internet home nursing was established. Results After sensitive indicators of nursing quality application, the scores such as nursing documents, teaching management, quality management, isolation management, operational assessment, theoretical assessment, professional attitude, professional value, professional goal and professional value were higher than those before application (P＜0.05). After three rounds of correspondence questionnaire, the recovery rate of the first round was 100.00% (32/32), the second round was 90.63% (29/32), and the third round was 96.86% (31/32). A total of 32 experts put forward 76 amendments in the first round, a total of 29 experts put forward 27 amendments in the second round, and a total of 31 experts put forward 13 amendments in the third round. The Kendall harmony coefficients of the first, second and third rounds were 0.192, 0.214, and 0.223, respectively (P＜0.05). Conclusion The construction of nursing quality sensitive index system has played an important role in improving the professional value, professional goals and professional values of nursing staff in the internet home nursing. |
