摘要:目的 基于中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)探讨王鹏教授治疗支气管哮喘的临床用药规律。 方法 收集2017年1月至2022年12月湖北省中医院肺病科王鹏教授接诊的支气管哮喘患者的临床处方,运用中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)进行药物的频次、四气、五味、归经统计,采用关联规则、复杂系统熵聚类进行数据挖掘及网络可视化。结果 共收集处方330首,涉及药物166味,药物频次>150次的中药有12味,药性多为温性,药味多为苦味,归经多为肺、脾、胃、肝经,关联规则分析得到11组高频药物组合,药物组合关联规则20条,核心药物为柴胡、黄芩、白芍、甘草、瓜蒌皮、薤白、法半夏、枳壳、射干、麻黄。经复杂系统熵聚类分析得到7个潜在新方。 结论 本研究分析了王鹏教授治疗支气管哮喘的组方规律,对临床治疗具有指导意义。
Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical medication rule of Professor Wang Peng in the treatment of bronchial asthma based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform (V2.5). Methods Clinical prescriptions of patients with bronchial asthma treated by Professor Wang Peng from Department of Pulmonary Diseases, Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to December 2022 were collected. Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform (V2.5) was used to carry out the statistics of frequency, four nature, five flavours, and channel tropism of drugs. Association rules and complex system entropy clustering were used to carry out data mining and network visualization. Results A total of 330 prescriptions were collected, involving 166 kinds of drugs, and 12 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine with drug frequency > 150 times. The drug nature is mostly warm, the drug taste is mostly bitter, and the channel tropism is mostly lung, spleen, stomach, and liver channels. Association rules analysis obtained 11 groups of high frequency drug combinations and 20 drug combination association rules. The core drugs were Bupleuri Radix, Scutellariae Radix, Paeoniae Radix Alba, Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma, Trichosanthis Pericarpium, Allii Macrostemonis Bulbus, Pinelliae Rhizoma Praeparatum, Aurantii Fructus, Belamcandae Rhizoma, and Ephedrae Herba. Seven potential new methods were obtained by entropy cluster analysis of complex systems. Conclusion This study analyzed Professor Wang Peng’s prescription for bronchial asthma, which has guiding significance for clinical treatment.
