| 摘要:间质性膀胱炎是一种发生于泌尿系统的常见慢性炎症疾病，其发病率日益增高。该病病程较长、易反复发作，且治疗效果欠佳，因此寻求更加有效的治疗方法是十分必要的。络病学是中医基础理论中具有特色的组成部分，基于此结合各医家论治间质性膀胱炎的经验，可认为间质性膀胱炎的发病是以肾气亏虚为本，湿热内蕴为标，净府脉络阻滞不通为其关键病机。在治疗上当以兼顾标本，辨证施治，在重视祛瘀通络的基础上，以补益肾气、清热利湿为基本法，多法并举，方可取得一定的效果。 |
| Abstract:Interstitial cystitis is a common chronic inflammatory disease in the urinary system, and its incidence is increasing. The disease has a long course, is prone to recurrent, and the treatment effect is poor. Therefore, it is necessary to seek more effective treatment methods. Theory of collaterals of traditional Chinese medicine is a characteristic part of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine. Based on this, combined with the experience of various doctors in the treatment of interstitial cystitis, it is believed that the pathogenesis of interstitial cystitis is based on the kidney-qi deficiency, the internal accumulation of dampness and heat, and the blockage of Jingfu meridians is its key pathogenesis. In the treatment should take into account the manifestation and root cause, syndrome differentiation treatment, on the basis of paying attention to removing blood stasis and clearing collaterals, tonifying kidney-qi, clearing heat, and diuresis as the basic law, in order to achieve certain results. |
