| 摘要:类风湿性关节炎（RA）是一种以侵蚀性关节炎症为主要临床表现的自身免疫性疾病，其病因和发病机制尚未完全阐明。研究表明Th17/Treg轴失衡是RA发病的重要机制，纠正Th17/Treg轴失衡对治疗RA具有重要意义。中医药对RA的防治具有独特优势，近年来，一系列实验及临床研究表明中药能够有效纠正Th17/Treg失衡状态，从而抑制RA自身免疫炎症反应。本文总结与分析了近5年来关于中药单体、有效成分和中药复方对RA中Th17/Treg轴的干预研究，有利于更加全面地认识中医药干预RA中Th17/Treg平衡的作用机制，为进一步治疗RA提供参考。 |
| Abstract:Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is an autoimmune disease characterized by erosive arthritis as the main clinical manifestation, and its etiology and pathogenesis have not been fully elucidated. Studies have shown that the imbalance of Th17/Treg axis is an important mechanism in the development of RA, and correcting this imbalance has significant implications for the treatment of RA. Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the prevention and treatment of RA. In recent years, a series of experimental and clinical studies have shown that Chinese herbal medicine can effectively correct the imbalance of Th17/Treg axis, thereby inhibiting the autoimmune inflammatory response in RA. This article summarizes and analyzes the intervention studies on the Th17/Treg axis in RA by Chinese herbal monomers, active ingredients, and herbal formulas in the past five years, which is conducive to a more comprehensive understanding of the mechanism of action of traditional Chinese medicine intervention in balancing Th17/Treg in RA, and providing reference for further treatment of RA. |
