| 摘要:骨关节炎是骨科疾病中常见的一种退行性疾病，严重影响患者的工作和生活。Notch信号通路是目前骨关节炎研究的最新热点之一。Notch信号通路与骨关节炎的发生、进展等密切相关。研究证实，中医药治疗骨关节炎具有独特优势，且取得了较好的临床效果。本文旨在概述中医药干预Notch信号通路治疗骨关节炎的相关研究成果，以期为中医药预防和治疗骨关节炎提供临床参考。 |
| Abstract:Osteoarthritis is a common degenerative disease in orthopedics, which seriously affects the work and life of patients. Notch signaling pathway is one of the newest hotspots in the study of osteoarthritis. Notch signaling pathway is closely related to the occurrence and progression of osteoarthritis. Studies have confirmed that traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of osteoarthritis and has achieved good clinical efficacy. This article aims to summarize the relevant research results of traditional Chinese medicine intervention in the Notch signaling pathway for the treatment of osteoarthritis, in order to provide clinical reference for the prevention and treatment of osteoarthritis with traditional Chinese medicine. |
