摘要:儿童功能性便秘约占小儿便秘的95%以上,是小儿消化系统的常见病,病程迁延易对儿童的身心健康产生严重影响。文章总结杨燕教授治疗儿童功能性便秘的临床经验。杨燕教授认为便秘的病机主要是大肠的传导功能失常,但与肺脏密切相关。肺与大肠相表里,肺气亏虚或肺气郁闭,宣肃失职,气机不畅,津液疏布失常,肺热移于大肠,肠失濡润,均可导致便秘发生。从肺论治,临证采用塞因塞用之法补气启闭治虚秘,提壶揭盖之法理肺通腑治实秘,同时重视良好的饮食结构及日常护理,临床疗效显著。附验案1则以佐证。
Abstract:Functional constipation in children accounts for over 95% of pediatric constipation and is a common disease of the digestive system in children. Prolonged disease progression can have a serious impact on children’s physical and mental health. The article summarizes Professor Yang Yan’s clinical experience in treating functional constipation in children. Professor Yang Yan believes that the pathogenesis of constipation is mainly a malfunction of the conduction of the large intestine, but it is closely related to the lung. Interior and exterior relationship between the lung and large intestine, with deficiency of lung qi or stagnation of lung qi, dereliction of duty in propaganda and purification, obstruction of qi movement, abnormal distribution of body fluids, transfer of lung heat to the large intestine, and loss of intestinal moisture, all of which can lead to constipation. From the perspective of lung treatment, treating obstructive syndrome with tonifying methods of tonifying qi to treat deficiency constipation, lifting pot of peel methods of regulating the lung to treat excess constipation, and at the same time pay attention to a good dietary structure and daily care, clinical efficacy is significant. A test case is attached in support.
