摘要:建设“新医科”为我国医学教育的改革创新提供了新思路,也为中医药院校创新创业教育的转型升级提出了新要求。为积极促进中医药院校创新创业教育高质量创新发展,本文从共同体理论、新医科教育范式、建设健康中国三个层面,阐述了中医药院校创新创业教育共同体的生成逻辑,从跨学科教育理念、多元化育人主体、“理论+实践”教学并重三个维度,梳理了中医药院校创新创业教育共同体所包含的价值取向,进而明确了通过构建以大健康需求为导向的教学共同体、以医教协同理念为核心的实践共同体和以政医校企协同为动力的发展共同体等实践路径,去建构新医科时代的中医药院校创新创业教育共同体。
Abstract:The construction of “new medicine” provides new ideas for the reform and innovation of medical education in China, and also puts forward new requirements for the transformation and upgrading of innovation and entrepreneurship education in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities. This article elaborates on the generation logic of innovation and entrepreneurship education communities in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities from three levels: community theory, new medical education paradigm, and building a healthy China in order to actively promote the high-quality innovative development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities. From three dimensions: interdisciplinary education philosophy, diversified educational subjects, and equal emphasis on “theory and practice” teaching, this paper summarizes the value orientation contained in the innovation and entrepreneurship education community of traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities. This article further clarifies the practical paths of constructing a teaching community guided by the needs of big health, a practical community centered on the concept of medical education collaboration, and a development community driven by the cooperation between government, medical schools, and enterprises, in order to construct an innovation and entrepreneurship education community in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities in the new medical era.
