摘要:高海拔低压低氧环境威胁着急进和久居高原汉族人群的身体健康,预防因低压低氧引起的急慢性高原病是高原医学研究的重点方向。姜黄素是中药姜黄根茎中提取出的主要有效成分,具有广泛的药理作用。已有大量细胞与动物研究显示,姜黄素在低压低氧环境下对组织器官和细胞损伤发挥保护作用,但其在高原低压低氧环境下对人体各系统器官的保护作用及机制尚不明确。本文综述了低压低氧环境下姜黄素对呼吸系统、神经系统、心血管系统、骨骼肌系统的保护作用和可能机制,为其进一步在极端地区实验/试验和未来在健康食品、药品方向的研发提供有益的参考及一定的理论依据。 |
Abstract:The low pressure and low oxygen environment threatens the health of the Han Chinese for urgent entering and long living in the plateau, preventing acute and chronic altitude sickness caused by low pressure and low oxygen is the focus of altitude medicine research. Curcumin is the main active ingredient extracted from the root stem of the traditional Chinese medicine Curcumae Longae Rhizoma, it has a wide range of pharmacological effects. Numerous cellular and animal studies have demonstrated the protective role of curcumin against tissue, organ, and cellular damage in low pressure and low oxygen environment. However, its protective effects and underlying mechanisms on various human body systems under low pressure and low oxygen environment remain unclear. This paper reviews the protective roles and potential mechanisms of curcumin on the respiratory, neurological, cardiovascular, and skeletal muscle systems under low pressure and low oxygen environment, offering valuable insights for further experimental or trial research in extreme regions, as well as future development in health foods and pharmaceuticals. |
