| 摘要:肝脏疾病种类繁多，临床症状反复难愈，尽管对肝脏疾病治疗手段很多，但其临床效果仍然欠佳。因此，临床上有必要寻找治疗肝脏疾病的新药以提高患者生存率。山柰酚作为中药活性单体，在调节肝脏疾病方面具有独特的优势，有望改善肝脏疾病的临床预后。本文通过回顾近年来有关山柰酚治疗肝纤维化、非酒精性脂肪肝病、急性肝衰竭、肝癌的文献与研究，对山柰酚抗肝脏疾病的效应及分子机制进行整理与归纳，以期为山柰酚作为护肝药物应用于临床提供理论依据。 |
| Abstract:There are many kinds of liver diseases, and the clinical symptoms are repeatedly difficult to cure. Although there are many treatment methods for liver diseases, the clinical effect is still poor. Therefore, it is clinically necessary to find new drugs to treat liver diseases to improve the survival rate of patients. Kaempferol, as an active monomer of traditional Chinese medicine, has a unique advantage in the treatment of liver diseases and is expected to improve the clinical prognosis of liver diseases. By reviewing the literatures and studies on kaempferol in the treatment of liver fibrosis, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, acute liver failure, and liver cancer in recent years, the effects and molecular mechanisms of kaempferol against liver diseases were summarized, in order to provide theoretical basis for the clinical application of kaempferol as liver protective drugs. |
