| 摘要:目的 基于CiteSpace软件对当归四逆汤的研究现状与趋势进行可视化分析。 方法 检索中国知网、维普网、万方数据知识服务平台、中国生物医学文献数据库收录的当归四逆汤相关文献，检索时间建库至2023年8月。运用CiteSpace软件，对发文量、作者、研究机构、关键词进行可视化分析。 结果 共纳入2 105篇文献，发文量总体呈波动上升趋势。该领域作者及机构间合作较少。高频关键词有疗效、临床应用、经方等，共形成糖尿病周围神经病变、少阴病、大鼠等14个聚类，近年突现词主要为糖尿病、痹证、疼痛、炎症因子等。 结论 当归四逆汤临床应用较广，主要用于痛经、糖尿病、痹证等多种疾病的防治，在分子水平上阐释其作用机制和作用靶点研究是本领域近年来的趋势，具有较大的研究潜力，同时其临床应用是学者们关注的焦点。 |
| Abstract:Objective To visually analysis the research current status and trends related to Danggui Sini Decoction based on CiteSpace. Methods The relevant literatures of Danggui Sini Decoction included in CNKI, VIP, Wanfang Data and Chinese Biomedical literature Database were searched from the inception to August 2023. CiteSpace software was used to visually analyze number of published literatures, authors, research institutions, and key words. Results A total of 2 105 articles were included, the number of published literatures showed a fluctuating upward trend. There was little cooperation between authors and institutions. The high-frequency key words were curative effect, clinical application, classical prescription, etc., which formed 14 clusters of diabetic neuropathy, shaoyin disease, rat, and so on. In recent years, the main breakout words were diabetes, bi syndrome, pain, inflammatory factors, and so on. Conclusion Danggui Sini Decoction is widely used in the treatment of various diseases, mainly for the prevention and treatment of dysmenorrhea, diabetes, bi syndrome, and other diseases. It is a trend in this field to elucidate its action mechanism and action target at the molecular level in recent years, which has great research potential, and its clinical application is also the focus of scholars’ attention. |
