| 摘要:带状疱疹与荨麻疹均为皮肤科常见病、多发病，但两者同时发作临床上较少见。本文回顾性分析1例西安市中医医院皮肤科门诊于2022年8月接诊的带状疱疹合并急性荨麻疹发作患者，以全身泛发红色风团伴瘙痒1 d就诊，接诊后发现其有带状疱疹病史，予以采用口服西药对症处理及龙胆泻肝汤加减配合中医外治刺络放血拔罐，取得满意的临床疗效，随访无复发。本文对其诊疗过程进行分析报道发现病毒感染可能参与急性荨麻疹的发病，通过对该病例的报道及相关文献复习，旨在对这两种常见病的发病机制、诊疗思路有所补充与启迪。 |
| Abstract:Herpes zoster and urticaria are both common and frequently-occurring diseases in dermatology, but their concurrent occurrence is rare in clinical practice. This paper retrospectively analyzed a patient with herpes zoster complicated with acute urticaria who was admitted to the Department of Dermatology, Xi’an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in August 2022. The patient was treated with generalized red wind accompanied by pruritus for one day, and a history of herpes zoster was found after receiving the diagnosis. The patient was treated with Western medicine and Longdan Xiegan Decoction combined with external treatment of Chinese medicine to puncture collateral and bloodlet cupping. Satisfactory clinical effect was obtained, and no recurrence was observed during follow-up. This article analyzed and reported the diagnosis and treatment process and found that viral infection may be involved in the pathogenesis of acute urticaria. Through the report of this case and the review of relevant literature, it aims to supplement and enlighten the pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment ideas of these two common diseases. |
