| 摘要:作为重要医疗行业资源，健康医疗大数据对医疗卫生事业健康发展具有至关重要的科研价值，其质量直接关系到信息的精准度和产出的正确性，但由于技术原因和自身特点等原因，健康医疗大数据无法达到准确的分析要求，未能被充分地挖掘和利用。本文从健康医疗大数据的特点及现阶段我国健康医疗大数据存在的问题和难点出发，在全面数据质量管理理论的基础上，提出健康医疗大数据质量全生命周期管理方案，包括数据传输控制、数据处理控制、数据利用评价、综合分析评价、数据安全和人才团队建设等，并逐条进行阐述，以期优化我国健康医疗大数据质量，提升其利用价值。 |
| Abstract:As an important resource in the medical industry, health care big data has significant research value for the healthy development of health industry. Its quality is directly related to the accuracy of information and the correctness of output. However, due to technical reasons and its own characteristics, health care big data can not meet the requirements of accurate analysis, and can not be fully mined and utilized. Based on the characteristics of health care big data and the existing problems and difficulties in China’s health care big data, this paper proposes a full lifecycle health care big data quality management plan based on the theory of total data quality management, including data transmission control, data processing control, data utilization evaluation, comprehensive analysis and evaluation, data security, and talent team building, and elaborates item by item, in order to optimize the quality of China’s health care big data and enhance its utilization value. |
